The summer rafting season, celebrating its 30th anniversary, came to an end yesterday. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we had together this season! To mark the end of the summer season, JoJo’s on the 2nd floor of the center will be temporarily closed to the public in November. Additionally, the Adventure Park will be closed to the general public from November 4th to December 12th, excluding groups and school trips. Thank you for your understanding. The shop and climbing gym on the 1st floor of the center will also be closed for two days, November 6th and 7th.

First of all, we will work at a rapid pace in preparation for the fast-approaching winter season, and then next year we will be even more powerful and fully prepared so that many people can enjoy Niseko’s beautiful nature together!

The trail run began in a downpour. Due to poor visibility and bad weather at the summit, the 30km course (26.4km) was closed and participants were limited to two laps of the 10km course (13.2km). The weather conditions also forced the abrupt cancellation of the awards ceremony, which had been scheduled for 12:30. Awards were distributed to a select few participants, but these will be mailed to those who were not yet eligible according to the race category after the results are tallied. Please wait a little longer.
As the last runner passed through the finish gate, the sun shone brightly, adding a special touch to the adventure everyone shared today. Despite the challenging conditions, thank you so much for participating! You were so cool!

This time, Re・So Co., Ltd. provided Re・So beam stickers to all participants, Gravity Niseko set up a booth at the venue where participants could try on their trail running shoes “VECTIV,” and DANGSHADES, SMITH, and NomadWellness provided sponsorship items. We would also like to thank the many volunteers who supported the event.

The trail run is finally approaching! This event, which began in 2003, will be held again this year, with the course changing slightly each year. There are three courses: a 30km course (26.4km) that lets you fully enjoy the Niseko Annupuri mountains; a 10km course (13.2km) that runs up and down the ski slopes and finishes with an extra run through the forest; and a 5km course (4.9km) that seems beginner-friendly with a relatively small elevation change. Please join us for the distance that suits you best! Applications are open via Runnet until this weekend, August 24th, and online applications on the NAC website until August 31st.

Also, this year, Gravity NISEKO will be setting up a booth at the venue. You will be able to try on trail running shoes, so please take advantage of this opportunity!
