The countdown to your adventure begins! [How to use]

Six steps to ensure a smooth experience!

① Book your adventure

  • Reservations can be made on this website up to 2 hours before the start time. Walk-ins are also welcome if there are seats available!
  • We recommend paying in advance with a convenient credit card!

② Check before making a reservation

Check out the “ Plan and Course Introductions,” “User Guide,” and “Access and Meeting Place” sections!

③ On the day of the event, meet at ALPEN NODE ( 1 minute walk from the parking lot ).

  • Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time .
  • There are no restrooms inside the park. Restrooms inside ALPEN NODE are available.

④ After checking in, proceed to your reserved venue ( 2- minute walk from ALPEN NODE )

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • After signing the consent form on-site and leaving your luggage and valuables, you can put on your equipment!

⑤ Instruction on how to play (approximately 20 minutes) 

⑥ Let the experience begin!

  • A course exceeding 1,000 meters in length, one of the largest in Japan, awaits you.

“Clothing and Equipment “

[Clothing]

  • Wear something easy to move in and that you don’t mind getting dirty:  *Skirts are not allowed.
  • Seasonal layering:  For spring and autumn, be sure to bring warm clothing.
  • The event will be held even in rainy weather: Wearing a rain suit is recommended! (Free rentals available)

【gloves】

We recommend bringing gloves with non-slip grips; they are also available for purchase at ALPEN NODE.

[Footwear]

  • Wear sneakers, or rain boots or waterproof shoes in rainy weather.
  • Sandals, heels, open-toed shoes, and bare feet are not permitted.

【drink】

  • To prevent heatstroke, be sure to stay hydrated. You can descend to the ground via the ladder located approximately every 15 minutes during the experience to rehydrate. You can also use the cafe inside ALPEN NODE, and bottled water is available for purchase.
  • If you plan to bring drinks onto the course, please prepare a drink holder or a small bag in advance.

[Smartphone]

  • Bringing your own camera is at your own risk, and photography is permitted on the course. However, cameras can get lost if your pockets are shallow. Please take precautions such as using zippered pockets or straps to prevent drops. Smartphone cases are available for purchase at ALPEN NODE.

[ Regarding participation by those under 18 years of age]

  • **A parent’s signature (consent form)** is required at the adventure park where the experience takes place.

[There are no toilets at the experience venue!]

[The adventure continues even in the rain!]

  • We will be open as usual, even in rainy weather.
  • However, in the event of severe weather such as thunderstorms or strong winds, the event may be canceled for safety reasons.
    • Refund guarantee in case of tour cancellation:
      • If you cancel before participating… 100 % full refund
      • If you cancel midway… 50 % refund
    • We will make decisions with everyone’s safety as our top priority.

[Regarding cancellations]

  • Please check the schedule carefully and come visit us in the best possible condition!
  • As we prepare for your adventure and await your arrival, the following cancellation fees will apply after your reservation is confirmed.
    • Cancellation the day before: 50%
    • Same-day cancellation: 100%
