Whitewater rapids, somersaults into the river and lots of water action!
Summer rafting on the Shiribetsu River is a great fun day for everyone from Primary school kids to the Silver generation. The summer course has 7 km of white water action, as well as quiet areas where the water pools are perfect for swimming. No need for drysuits in summer, just come in shorts and T-shirts and just be ready to get wet from wave and paddle splashes, river swims and of course big river jumps! Along the way, there is time for a breather and enjoy the great view of Mt Yotei as the course wraps around this iconic mountain.
