Countdown to Adventure! 【Flow of the Day】 Follow these 6 steps to ensure a smooth and thrilling experience!

1. The 6-Step Adventure Flow

  1. Book Your Mission! Lock in your date on our website. We accept convenient credit card prepayments.
  2. Gear Up & Prepare! Check the “User Guide & Access” section on our official site. Coming prepared is the mark of a true adventurer!
  3. Arrive 20 Minutes Early! Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled booking.Pro-Tip: There are no restrooms inside the park. Be a “smart adventurer” and take a restroom break before diving into nature!
  4. Check-in & Harnessing After checking in at the office, it’s time to suit up! Once your professional-grade harness is on, you’re ready to enter an extraordinary world.
  5. Safety Briefing (Approx. 20 min) Our staff will teach you the tricks of the trade. Even beginners are welcome—listen closely to master the gear!
  6. Adventure Start! Climb the ladder to a world 13m above ground. A 1,000m+ aerial corridor awaits you!

2. Equipment Guide

Get the right gear to enjoy the treetop challenge to the fullest!

  • Clothing: Flexibility = Fun!
    • Wear something you don’t mind getting dirty: Choose stretchy fabrics. (Note: Skirts are not allowed; please wear pants.)
    • Layer up: The forest can be chilly in spring or autumn. Bring an extra layer to stay warm.
    • Rainy days: We recommend rain suits! The forest in the rain is mystical and thrilling. (Rentals/Sales available).
  • Gloves: Get a Grip!
    • Gloves with rubber grips are highly recommended for conquering the 140 elements.
    • Summer: Available for purchase at the shop.
    • Winter: Free rentals available.
  • Footwear: Protect Your Feet!
    • Green Season (Mid-May – Early Nov): Wear broken-in sneakers that fully cover your feet. No sandals, heels, or bare feet allowed for safety.
    • Snow Season (Nov – Early May): Waterproof snow boots are essential. We provide free rentals if you don’t have your own.

3. The “Adventure Code” for Safety

  • For Challengers Under 18: You must provide a parental/guardian consent signature. Please download the [Adventure Park Consent Form] in advance and bring it with you.
  • Booking Time = Lecture Start Time: Your reserved time is when the safety briefing begins. Please arrive 20 minutes early for gear fitting.
  • Final Restroom Check: Remember, there are no toilets up in the trees!
  • Rain or Shine: We operate in light rain (it makes the forest more dynamic!). However, we may close for safety during thunderstorms or high winds.
    • Refund Policy: 100% refund if cancelled by the park before participation. 50% refund if cancelled mid-session.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Day before: 50% charge
    • Same day: 100% charge
