Starting at the foot of Mt. Yotei lies the most famous river in Niseko – “Hangetsu-ko” or the “Shiribetsu-gawa”, we hike through the snowy forest and make our way down to the frozen Half-Moon Lake where we can relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful view.
The key is for you to use the resources you have (your brains and snowshoes) and figure out the best and most fun way to reach the frozen river.
